EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At So Cute Boutique, we want your experience to be the best, so we have the following exchange policy:

Term

Changes can be made within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Applications submitted outside of this deadline or under conditions different from those in which the product was delivered will not be accepted.

Change request

To begin the process, please contact us at socutetorreon@gmail.com including:

  1. Full name.
  2. Order number.
  3. Product(s) to be exchanged.
  4. Reason for the change.
  5. Address for package collection.

You will need to wait for a confirmation email before sending any product.

Shipping

We provide you with the return guide.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment and the new shipment.

We provide the guide to help you get a better rate.

Product conditions

So Cute Boutique will physically receive the product to verify that:

  • It has not been used.
  • It is in perfect condition.
  • Keep original labels, box and packaging.
  • Match the Purchase Order.

If you do not meet these conditions, the change will not be accepted.

Products not for exchange

No exchanges or returns are accepted on discounted or promotional items.

If shipping was free or a discount was applied to the product or shipping, there will be no exchanges or returns.

Store credits

We do not offer cash or card refunds.

If you do not wish to exchange your product for another at that time, the amount will remain as a credit in your favor at the store.

This credit will be valid for 3 months from the date the change is authorized.
